This course is designed for anyone who wants a career as a 111/999 call handler. In partnership with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, this course will prepare you for the role by boosting your employability skills, professionalism and confidence, and help you apply for open roles.
By attending this one week course you will:
Learn values and skills required for a career as a 111 or 999 call operator
Learn about the requirements of the role
Gain application and interview tips and tricks
Improve your employability skills, professionalism and confidence
Understand the sector and roles, recruitment styles and career progression opportunities
Meet likeminded individuals
You must be based in Leeds, Bradford or surrounding areas
You must be aged 18-30
You must have the Right to Work in the UK
You must not be in other employment or education
