We can guarantee we will help you prepare your CV and cover letter, and set you up with the right tools for an interview to get a job. What interviews we can schedule for different roles will depend on availability in your area. We have helped over 5000 people like you secure a job, so we are confident we can help you too! We offer role-specific training and overall employability skills, and we can work with you individually to look for jobs roles you like in your area.
Non-clinical roles (such as Admin, Reception, Activities Coordinator, Cleaning, Catering, Portering) and clinical roles (like Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Care Worker, Nursing Associate). We have some examples here on Jobs but these are not all!
This varies according to your preferences and roles available in different areas, the courses you take with us, the type of job you are looking for, the interview process set up by the employer, etc. So there is no fixed timeframe.
Yes! Whether you have a qualification or previous experience in this sector, in a different sector, or don’t have any at all, you can still sign up for a course. Find one near you on Courses. Many entry level jobs in Health & Social Care require minimal qualifications allowing you to work your way up whilst you are working.
Yes! Some of our courses are set up to help you navigate your TRAC application.
Some of our employer partners may be able to offer part-time, and we often have bank roles within the NHS which are flexible shifts you book on to on a first come first serve basis. Let us know your preference as early as possible so we can help find the right role for you. Most of our roles are entry-level, however, if you are looking for something higher than this then speak to the team; our course will still be beneficial to you but we can work with you to find a more suitable role at the end.

Interviews could be either online or face to face.
We assess this on a case by case basis, and will work with you and your probation officer if you are still engaged with them, to understand what roles you might be able to apply for. We'll speak to employers to understand what restrictions they have around certain convictions. If you do join a course & are offered work, we’ll also work with you to ensure you disclose this at the right time. If you do have a conviction, please do still apply to join a course and be upfront with us so we can better support you!

No, in order to join you must first register online, and then have an onboarding call with one of the team who will ask you some questions to find out if this is the right option for you. If you are unsure as to where to sign up speak to a member of staff first.
Depends! We offer two-hour sessions, one-day workshops, three-day courses, four-week courses, twelve-week apprenticeships, six-months mentoring, and more!
Yes; our courses are designed to put you in the best position possible to get a job in Health and Social Care, if you miss any you could miss vital information to help you ace that interview. If you are unable to finish, we’ll discuss other options with you.
Some of our courses are role-specific and others are focused in the sector overall.
It depends. We offer 1-day courses on the weekends, and have some short sessions you can attend to give your first step. However, to secure a job you’d have to not be in full-time education. If you have any questions, Speak to a member of staff
No, If you bring someone along on the day, sadly they will not be able to join, and we’ll let them know when the next one is. Anyone attending must register online, and receive an onboarding call from one of the team.
Yes! We'll provide you with a certificate at the end of the course.
We can support you to find a job if you have a visa that is valid for at least 12-months – you must be able to provide proof of your right to work.
Sadly, we cannot support people with sponsorship for employment. This is because we mostly work with entry-level roles and our partners do not offer sponsorship for such roles.
If you have a British Passport then you have right to work in the UK. If you do not, you can check your status online, or looking at your visa documents.

We can reimburse travel if you bring along proof of your journey. If you are spending a whole day with us we will also provide lunch. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you speak to us!
If you require childcare, please let one of the team know as soon as possible and we will see what we can do – if we have budget for this, it can take a few weeks to process so the sooner we know the better!
