By attending this workshop, you will:

  • Gain valuable sector-specific knowledge

  • Get tailored application support so that you stand out professionally amongst other candidates

  • Learn how to present your skills, education, and work experience to suit an NHS role

  • Receive employability skills and support to apply for NHS jobs

  • Receive post-programme 1-2-1 mentoring, providing tailored support in Health and Social care.

  • You must be based in Leicestershire and have the right to work in the UK

  • You must be 16-30-years-old

  • You must not be in education or training

  • Additional financial support to help with the cost of equipment, further training, first month travel costs, and clothing

  • One-to-one support as you apply for jobs and get ready for your interview

  • One-to-one support after your interview, including during your first few months of work
