By attending this course you will:

  • Attend a 3-day interactive training course and an Assessment day.

  • Learn vital sector-based knowledge and specific employability skills

  • Learn more about South West Ambulance Service and what they're looking for

  • Learn about the recruitment process

  • Be given exclusive tips for your application

After completion of the Programme you will be invited to a bespoke assessment day for live vacancies at South Western Ambulance Service

  • You must have the right to work in the UK

  • You must be based in Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire or a commutable distance

  • You must be aged 18-30

  • If applying for the Emergency Care Assistant role you must have a valid UK Manual driving license.

You can access:

  • Additional financial support to help with the cost of equipment, further training, first month travel costs, and clothing

  • One-to-one support as you apply for jobs and get ready for your interview

  • One-to-one support after your interview, including during your first few months of work
