Get Started as a Healthcare Support Worker

Join this 3-day online programme to:

• Upskill and prepare for the role of a Health Care Support Worker

• Learn about the role, working in the NHS, and sector-based values and skills

• Prepare for your interview

• Attend a tailored CV workshop and host employer Q&A's

• Learn about EDI, safeguarding and confidentiality

Please note this programme has a Taster Day on the 22nd January, and the course begins on the 28th.

After the programme, we will support you in attending interviews and offer support for up to 3 months. You will also have access to a mentor and a mental health & wellbeing service, and you can apply for financial support in some circumstances.

• You must be 18 to 30-years-old

• You must have the the right to work in the UK

• You must be based in Southampton, Portsmouth or surrounding areas

Unfortunately this role does not support Student Visas or Visa sponsorship
