Get Into Healthcare

Attending this 4 week course will give you:

• Hands-on training in a hospital

• Workshops and classroom-based sessions

• Sector-based knowledge and employability skills

• Confidence and communication skills

Those who have completed the full 4 week course will then progress onto a 2-4 week placement in a hospital.

They will be offered 1:1 support throughout this process, to help them with their documents, e-Learning and the transition into their placement. They will also receive additional financial support to help with travel costs.

• You must be based in Salford (Home address must be a Salford postcode)

• You must be aged 18-30

• You must have the Right to Work in the UK

You can access:

• Additional financial support to help with the cost of equipment, further training, first month travel costs, and clothing

• One-to-one support as you apply for jobs and get ready for your interview

• One-to-one support after your interview, including during your first few months of work
